About Year 4

Hello and welcome to Year 4! I am Ms Begum, the year group leader. I work alongside my two amazing colleagues: Ms Cocker and Mr Hogan.

This year, your child will learn and explore a number of exciting topics in year 4. We will study a wide and varied curriculum following our cross-curricular linked units. The IPC units in year 4 include; Chocolate, Fashion, Active Planet, Temples, Tombs and Treasures, Do you Live around Here? and Bright Sparks.

Each topic involves many opportunities for the children to engage in practical activities to enhance their learning experiences.

We hope your child will enjoy learning in year 4 as much as we love teaching it! Please visit our blogs for more information about our lovely year group!
